Base Transport Factor Calculator

This calculator computes the base transport factor for a BJT. Enter the electron current density in collector region (JnC) and electron current density in n-type Emitter region (JnE) to calculate the base transport factor. The base transport factor, aT, equals the ratio of the current due to electrons injected in the collector, to the current due to electrons injected in the base.
