MOSFET Drain-Gate connection Circuit Designing :Finding Rd from VOUT
This CalcTown calculator designs the MOSFET circuit by calculating the Drain Resistance when the drain and the Gate terminals of the MOSFET are connected to each other and the desired VOUT is specified.
*Please note that the same relations are applicable for PMOS as well, if the magnitude of the Threshold Voltage Vt is taken and VDS is exchanged by VSD and so on.
